By using GolDraft you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

GolDraft is a simulation game for entertainment purposes only. Results are randomly generated and do not represent real predictions. They must not be used for betting or for making financial decisions.

3. Player and club data

Names of players, clubs and national teams are used for descriptive purposes. Ratings (OVR) and attributes are GolDraft's own estimates and do not represent official data. Some clubs are filled out with generic players, marked as “GEN”. Crests belong to their respective clubs and are used for identification purposes only (see the legal and trademark notice). GolDraft is not affiliated with FIFA, any league, club or video game company. If you spot incorrect data, you can write to us from the contact page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to damage the site, automate clicks on ads, or copy the site for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The design, code and text of the site belong to their authors. Third-party trademarks and names belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for service interruptions or for the loss of data saved in your browser.
