1. Who we are

GolDraft (playgoldraft.com) is an independent entertainment project made in Bolivia. It offers free football simulation games funded by advertising.

2. No affiliation

GolDraft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or authorized by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, any other confederation, federation, league or club, or by any footballer or video game company. None of those entities is responsible for the content of this site.

3. Third-party crests, names and trademarks

The crests, names, logos and other distinctive signs of clubs, national teams and competitions are trademarks of their respective owners. In GolDraft they are shown only to identify each team or tournament within the game (nominative use), without altering their design and without implying any commercial relationship, sponsorship or approval.

Footballers' names are used for descriptive purposes. We do not use photographs or the likeness of any player.

4. Data and ratings

Ratings (OVR), attributes, shirt numbers, career histories and results are our own estimates or summarized public information for entertainment purposes. They may contain errors and are not official data.

5. Content removal

If you own a trademark, crest or any other right and do not want it to appear in GolDraft, write to us at goldraftbo@gmail.com stating what content it is and in what capacity you are making the request. We will remove it or replace it with a generic crest within 72 hours at most of receiving the request.

6. Advertising

The site displays Google AdSense ads. Ads are selected by Google and do not imply that advertisers are related to the clubs or brands mentioned. More details in the privacy and cookie policy.

7. No betting

GolDraft is just a game. Results are random simulations and must not be used for betting.
